Registered Manager - Supported Living St Albans £42,000 - £48,000 Blakely Scott are currently working with a leading Learning Disability charity who are seeking an experienced, passionate Registered Manager to oversee a small group of Supported Living services in the Hertfordshire area. Responsibilities - Effectively manage multiple supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism - Ensure each service is in line with CQC regulations and offering person centred, high quality support - If a service is struggling in any aspect have the capability and knowledge to put an improvement plan together and work with the team to implement improvements - Capability of managing multi site diverse staff teams - Financial and budget management - Recruitment and retention throughout services - Effectively manage relationships with external agencies and stakeholders Essential - At least 2 years in a management position within Supported Living - Full UK Driving License and access to own car - NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards) For a confidential conversation, please get in touch today and we will be happy to provide further information!
