How we source, verify and attribute the intelligence we publish.
Source attribution
Every market move, salary benchmark and news item on LDLI is linked to its original public source — a company announcement, press release, regulatory notice or verified public profile. Where a move is reported confidentially, it is not published until we can attribute it.
Verification
Leadership moves are reviewed by our editorial team before publication. We confirm the individual's name, role and organisation against at least one authoritative source. Undisclosed parties in transactions are never named.
Salary & Reward evidence
Pay ranges are aggregated from advertised roles and published data across the sector. Figures are presented as ranges rather than single points, and we do not publish counts or totals that could identify individual submissions.
