Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities Nelson, Lancashire £40,000 - £45,000 Blakely Scott are currently working with a leading Learning Disability provider who provide quality Residential and Supported Living services nationwide. We are seeking an experienced, passionate Registered Manager to oversee a Residential Service based in Nelson, Lancashire providing care to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs. Responsibilities - Effectively manage a residential home for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs - Ensure each service is in line with CQC regulations and offering person centred, high quality support - Ensure the people supported are living fulfilling, meaningful and enjoyable lives - Capability of managing a multi site diverse staff team - Financial and budget management - Recruitment and retention throughout service - Effectively manage relationships with external agencies and stakeholders Essential - At least 2 years in a management position within Residential Care or Supported Living for people with Learning Disabilities - Full UK Driving License and access to own car - NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards) For a confidential conversation, please get in touch today and we will be happy to provide further information!
