Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities West Mersea, Essex £40,000 - £42,000 Blakely Scott are currently working with a leading nationwide provider of Residential and Supported Living Services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Complex Needs and Autism. An exciting vacancy has come up for a Registered Manager in the West Mersea area. We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead a well run residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Care Needs and Mental Health needs. Responsibilities - Effectively manage a residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism - Ensure the people supported are living fulfilling enjoyable lives - Ensure each service is in line with CQC regulations and offering person centred, high quality support - Capability of managing a diverse staff team - Financial and budget management for the service - Recruitment and retention throughout service - Effectively manage relationships with external agencies and stakeholders Essential - At least 2 years in a management position within Residential Care or Supported Living setting for adults with Learning Disabilities - Willingness and ability to be registered with CQC - NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards) For a confidential conversation, please get in touch today and we will be happy to provide further information!
