Service Manager - Supported Living Mansfield, Nottinghamshire £40,000 - £42,000 Blakely Scott are currently working with a nationwide provider of top quality residential and supported living services for adults with who have learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. We are seeking an experienced, passionate Service Manager to oversee a Supported Living service for adults with Learning Disabilities. Responsibilities - Effectively manage a supported living services for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism - Ensure each service is in line with CQC regulations and offering person centred, high quality support - Maximise Service Users independence and ensure they are living fulfilling, enjoyable lives - Capability of managing diverse staff teams - Financial and budget management - Recruitment and retention within service - Effectively manage relationships with external agencies and stakeholders Essential - At least 2 years in a management position within Supported Living or residential care - A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care – support towards Level 4 and 5 is available.
